Prosecco is a sparkling white wine made only in specific provinces of northeastern Italy. Prosecco is made primarily from the Glera grape, a grape variety that gives the wine structure and body and is considered the heart of Prosecco.

Vineyard features

Produced from grapes grown in the Prosecco region in the northeast of Italy, famous for the production of sparkling wines. The soils consist of conglomerates of rock and sand with an abundance of clay and iron.

Traditional white wine vinification, followed by one month of Charmat Method
